With the move to Office 365 the webmail link changed to https://login.microsoftonline.com. Due to an unforeseen caching issue some folks (not all) are seeing the following error when clicking on their cached account and entering their password.

There are two options for resolving this:

·         clear the browser cache

·         click the link labeled “Sign in with a different ID” and then enter your district email address and password.


For those folks who have received this error, they should only have to do this the first time they log in.
