All grant applications that are submitted on behalf of McCracken County Public Schools, or any school within the MCPS district, must go through the district approval process before the grant is submitted.  The steps that should be completed before submitting a grant application:


Complete the MCPS Intent to Apply Form.pdf.

Forward completed Form to Adam Shull at adam.shull@mccracken.kyschools.us

Wait for notification of approval from MCPS Board of Education.

Prepare grant application packet.


Submit final grant application packet to MCPS Grants Office for review.

Receive edits and/or suggestions from MCPS Grants Office.

Incorporate edits into final application.

Send final copy of grant application packet to MCPS Grants Office.

MCPS Grants Office to obtain Superintendent signature.

MCPS Grants Office to complete / aid in completion of grant submission.
